Do you have ambition to become a school leader?
We are looking for an exceptional Science teacher and developing leader to become a key member of our new science leadership team. We are an aspirational academy operating across two sites. Our Lower Academy specialises in the teaching of our Key Stage 3 students, whilst the Upper Academy specialises in teaching Key Stage 4 and 5. This post is based at our Upper Academy.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher, able to demonstrate impact in a leadership role or the potential to achieve this, and have an enthusiasm that will inspire our students to outstanding outcomes.

We will also provide opportunities to engage in national leadership programmes to support your professional development.
Both of our Academies are rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted and our goal is to achieve ‘Outstanding’. We are looking for colleagues who share the drive and passion necessary to ensure every student achieves their potential.
