Course Information
Academic
The Academic pathway is for those of our students aspiring for a university education. We have a UCAS programme for all Sixth Formers. Every student is offered the opportunity to study an additional language subsequent to their academic programme of study. Each A Level has 4 x 1 hour lessons per week. Students select 3 or 4 A Levels.

Technical
The Technical pathway is for those of our students wanting to study for credible vocational qualifications that universities recognise and respect, or which lead to careers of their choice. Students who aspire to move on to Level 4 vocational qualification, advanced apprenticeship or a foundation degree are supported by our Careers Education Team. Each course has 4 x 1 hour lessons per week. Students select 3 courses.

Traineeship
The Traineeship pathway is for those of our students who do not achieve a grade 4/grade C in English and Maths. The programme includes Level 1 & 2 English and Level 2 Maths and a specialist employability course aimed at enabling students to develop and enhance the knowledge and skills needed to secure employment in today’s market. Students select 4 courses. Each course has 4 x 1 hour lessons per week.
