STUDENTS CELEBRATE SUCCESS AT PRESENTATION EVENING​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

On Thursday 9th May The Basildon Academies hosted a Presentation Evening to celebrate and reward student progress during the Spring Term.

Students from each year group were presented with certificates in recognition of their ‘Passion for Learning’ and ‘Growth’ in each of the different subjects. In recognition of excellent commitment to learning, one student from each year group also received the prestigious ‘Very Important Pupil Award’.

“When I received the invitation through the post I was excited because I didn’t know what subject category I was getting an award for. During the evening I was called up to receive my Growth Award in Catering. I was very happy because I like cooking. My mum is really proud of me.” Anisha Begum - Year 7
