The Basildon Academies offer our students the unique opportunity to begin their education with us at our Key Stage 3 Lower Academy and finish it at our Key Stage 4 & 5 Upper Academy.

Our Key Stage specialist sites enable us to offer our students age appropriate curriculum choices, enrichment programmes and challenge.

We recognise the power and impact that quality enrichment can have on young lives and minds. Our enrichment programme is an essential and valuable part of our school day. All students engage in an enrichment of their choice each day as part of their curriculum.

The age appropriate enrichment model supports a ‘Passion for Learning’ in Key Stage 3, a ‘Passion for Purpose’ in Key Stage 4 and a ‘Passion for Life’ in Key Stage 5. Alongside our ethos of clear and high expectations, this ensures students embrace the highest standards in their behaviour for learning.

The two academy model offers our Year 7 intake a guaranteed future place in our growing and thriving Sixth Form.

Our Sixth Form offers personalised curriculum pathways, tailored to each individual needs and aspirations. Strong support networks alongside quality teaching ensure academic success and our students are best prepared for university or the workplace.

As Headteacher, I am determined to ensure that your child’s progress and experiences both within and beyond the curriculum are outstanding, broaden horizons and support a passion for life-long learning.

I am immensely proud to be the Headteacher of The Basildon Academies, and I look forward to sharing with you our passion for learning, pride in our academy and academic success.

If you would like to learn more about my role and our plans for the future, I would be delighted to welcome you at one of our Open Events. Alternatively, please feel free to get in touch and I will be happy to meet with you in person.
